dude at aviansies, u can use the mithril grapple and go by the boss room. and there are less ppl and tons of aviansies, also spiritual mages (wich drop d boots) u need 83 slay to kill the spirituals. and u need 70 + range to go by the boss or whatever.
Here is a method for all.
In Port Sarim buy from the Magic shop woman and buy her wizard hats 2 gp each and sell them at Grand Exchange for 70+ each
a good method for money on rs is buying tinderboxes iin general store and then selling in G.E.

if you want to make good money on runescape then you should colect the monk robes that respawn at the monastery and sell them at the grand exange. (you get 750$ 4 top robe and 430$ for the bottom robe) made 50k in 20 mins
